Sessions begin and end as scheduled. If you’re running late, please send me a quick message or email, and I am happy to wait a little bit for you.
Rescheduling: You’re welcome to reschedule free of charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. Requests made within 24 hours of your session may not be possible.
No-Shows: If I haven’t heard from you within 15 minutes of your start time, the session is considered complete and is nonrefundable, due to the preparation, time, and energy held for your session.
